Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping:

Preparation of orders before dispatch takes 2 - 3 working days. Once shipped, orders typically taking 3 - 6 working days for your product to arrive. Shipping estimates are on top of the preparation time.

In total, your order will arrive 5 - 9 working days from the date you place your order, depending on your state.

Orders are sent from Victoria, Australia.

If your order has still not arrived within 10 working days after your order date and your tracking number is showing no recent progress, please get in touch with us at support@portsby.com.au

For orders outside of Australia, shipping takes significantly longer. Usually less than 15 business days, but it can take up to 20 business days to arrive to some places in the world.


Returns:

We offer a 7 day no hassle free return policy.

You may return your order for a full refund within 7 days of your delivery date.

The return shipping costs for returning your order is paid for by us.

If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it - completely undamaged and in it's original packaging.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted and we asses each matter on a case-by-case basis. Please still get in touch with us if 7 days has passed and you'd like to return your order.

To return your product, you should get in touch with us at support@portsby.com.au for next steps. DO NOT return an order to us without emailing us to ask where to send it first.


Refunds:

Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been processed. This step usually takes 24-48 hours after we receive the returned order.

When your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait a few days and check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time (2-3 days) before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges:

We can offer a replacement item if your order is received damaged during transit. We will send the same item to replace the damaged one. Please send us an email at support@portsby.com.au
