Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy
We offer a 30 day, change of mind, free return policy. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund, at the cost of The Affordable Art Company. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - completely undamaged.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait a few days and check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can offer a replacement item if the item received is damaged we can exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process your orders each day of the week. We ship via Australia Post exclusively and it will typically take between 1 to 6 working days for your product to arrive, depending on your town/city/state.
For orders outside of Australia, shipping takes significantly longer. Usually less than 10 business days, but it can take up to 20 business days to arrive.
To return your product, you should get in touch with us at email@example.com to get instructions. Do NOT return a product to us without emailing us to ask where to send it first.
Return shipping costs for sending items back to us are paid for by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
